Beyond Milwaukee: Our Assessment and Post-NADCA 2025 Outlook
The curtain has fallen on the NADCA Die Casting Congress & Tabletop 2025. As Milwaukee returns to its routine, for us at Bonomi Acciai, it is also time to take stock of these intense days in America. An assessment that is, without a doubt, decidedly positive.
A Barometer for the Industry
The enthusiasm was palpable here at the Swiss Steel Group booth. It was the perfect opportunity to turn words into actions, and emails into handshakes. Our Eng. Daniele Magistroni (Bonomi Acciai) was joined by an exceptional team: Steven Smith, John Stocker, Daniel Frie, and Mike Pellicane of Swiss Steel Group. Together, they represent not just two companies, but a single, major force specializing in high-performance tool steels.
At the Heart of Innovation: The Challenges of the Future
This year’s event confirmed the strategic importance of presence and collaboration. This concept was perfectly summarized in the words of our Eng. Daniele Magistroni:
Despite the challenging period the die-casting market is facing, the congress once again proved to be a valuable opportunity for discussion with industry players. Furthermore, it reaffirmed and strengthened the BA/Swiss Steel partnership on an international level as well.
A Single Partner for the Global Market
Eng. Magistroni’s words capture the key takeaway from this experience: the strengthening of the partnership between Bonomi Acciai and Swiss Steel Group. At the booth, there were not two separate entities, but a cohesive team with a common goal: to present ourselves to the international market as a single, major specialized force. A partner capable of offering not only the highest quality steels, like our NADCA-approved Thermodur®, but also a comprehensive and global consulting approach.
Strategic Dialogues for a Competitive Advantage
Discussions with clients, partners, and visitors went beyond individual products. They evolved into strategic dialogues focused on how our solutions can generate a real competitive advantage: from increasing mold lifespan to optimizing production cycles, and managing the increasingly complex geometries demanded by the market.
Toward the Future of Die Casting
We return from Milwaukee not only with new contacts but with a renewed awareness of our role: to be a solid, reliable, and innovative partner for the key players in the global die-casting industry.
A special thanks to everyone who visited our space. The dialogue has just begun.
