EUROGUSS Executive Circle 2025: together for the future of die casting

On July 1st and 2nd, we took part in the EUROGUSS Executive Circle in Milan – an important opportunity for dialogue among key players in the die casting industry.
Representing Bonomi Acciai was Engineer Andrea Magistrelli, who brought our perspective into a stimulating context full of insights for the future.
It was an event rich in content, confirming just how essential it is to come together – both physically and strategically – around the same table to tackle the challenges of the industry.

Among the many topics discussed, two in particular struck a chord with us. Two simple yet powerful concepts that are deeply rooted in our way of doing business.

This was the guiding message of the Executive Circle. And we couldn’t agree more.
In our daily work, this mindset is a fundamental part of our identity – not only as Bonomi Acciai, but also as part of a business culture typical of the Brescia region, historically grounded in action, concrete thinking and the ability to turn ideas into reality.
Quietly, with dedication.
It’s not about rushing for the sake of it, but because today’s market evolution calls for quick, flexible and conscious responses.
And this is exactly where we feel we’re on the right path.

Major industry challenges – from energy transition to automation – cannot be faced alone.
We need collaboration. We need to listen. We need to sit around the table with other actors in the supply chain, to share views and build real solutions together.
Here too, we felt fully involved.

During the event, we had the opportunity to take part in moments of genuine discussion.
It’s an approach we fully embrace and have already experienced firsthand through our participation in initiatives promoted by Baccademy, in collaboration with other companies in the industry.
In those contexts, we tackled shared topics from multiple perspectives, listened to every point of view, and worked together to build a complete picture, without leaving anything out.

It wasn’t just a methodological exercise, but a real way of doing business: putting people at the center, valuing skills, and building – together – solutions that look to the future.
