On the occasion of Fornitore Offresi 2026, the Exhibition of Mechanical Excellence taking place at Lariofiere – Erba (CO) from 19 to 21 February, Bonomi Acciai brings to the fair not only technical expertise, mould steels and special steels, but also a clear message: speaking about Green Steel and steel sustainability means actively contributing to the development of a more responsible and conscious mechanical supply chain, involving the younger generations as well.

Fornitore Offresi 2026 has long been a key reference point for the metalworking sector, fostering relationships between subcontractors, manufacturers and supply chain operators. In this context, the theme of industrial sustainability, material evolution and innovation in mould steels plays an increasingly central role in the competitiveness of companies.

At the stand, children and young visitors can take part in a short quiz consisting of 5 simple questions, created to clearly explain:

• how steel can be processed in a more sustainable way
• what it means to reduce environmental impact in production
• why material selection is strategic for the supply chain

A concrete way to bring younger generations closer to the industrial world, showing that innovation and sustainability can go hand in hand.

All young participants in the quiz at Fornitore Offresi receive a small prize: the Domino game.
