How did it go?

Bonomi Acciai’s participation in the Global Giga-Casting Congress 2025, held on March 5th and 6th at the University of Kassel in Germany, was a significant moment for discussion and in-depth analysis across the die-casting sector and the production of large structural castings.

With the conclusion of this first edition of the event, it’s time to review the experience and the opportunities opening up in the world of Giga-Casting.

A High Profile International Event

The congress welcomed over 400 participants, hailing from more than 150 companies and 20 countries, including major international OEMs such as BMW, Volkswagen, Honda, Ford, and Volvo.

The two-day event was packed with rich content, featuring technical and strategic presentations that addressed key themes for the future of automotive and large component casting technologies:
